1. No legal jargon– We do have a contract, but it isn’t hard to decipher, convoluted or migraine inducing. Contracts are important, and in fact, you should be weary of companies that do not require you to sign a contract especially if you are going to be sharing sensitive data with them. But we don’t hide lies in fine print, or make you sign a bunch of documents even before starting the service. Our terms and conditions are extremely easy to understand and to agree with. You don’t need the help of the lawyer to decode our contract.

2. Time-based and task based billing– We don’t require you sign up for years or months. We don’t even ask you to pay a minimum to engage our services team. We just charge you for the time spent; usually this comes in 15-minute increments.

We also have well defined price rates based on the task, and even if we have one of our top developers doing the work, you don’t pay his developer rate if he’s doing report and dashboard building. All our service professionals bill their time against the task they completed and we charge the rate agreed for the task, not by the person.

3. Customized project cost– We understand that every business is different and so are your needs. We can work one-on-one with you to determine a quote estimate based on the scope of work involved for your project. If the flexibility of staff augmentation and having a Yurbi expert on-demand is too vague in terms of cost for you, we can put more of a detailed task order in place with deliverables and estimated costs.

4. No paperwork involved– Don’t misunderstand, there’s a contract, but we think e-signature makes everything easier. We don’t require you to sign paper contracts and mail or scan it to us. It’s tedious to say the least. Once you decide to use our service, we will send you a secure electronic document to your email. e-Signing the document will only take a second or two, which means you can spend that extra time (or your admin support’s extra time) on more important things!

5. Mutual NDA agreement– Data is the lifeblood of any organization, and we completely understand that every data is sensitive and confidential. This NDA document will give you the peace of mind that your data will be always be secure and will never be shared with any third party.
