Empower Your Users

We didn't name the product Yurbi just because it's cool (it is). Yurbi® embodies the concept of "Your Business Intelligence" and the key behind that concept is empowering users to get the information they need, when they need it. Yurbi provides a feature rich library where report builders can save reports and dashboards in a secure folder structure for use by others who need it. But unlike the hard-coded static reports that other BI tools generate, Yurbi reports are real-time and dynamic giving users the ability to analyze, change data parameters, export, and more.

Users Decide What to See

With Yurbi, users are able to access reports that allow them to decide when they run the report exactly what information they wish to see. We call them Smart Prompts and they allow a report to ask the users a series of questions to drill them down to the exact data required. Or, if the user wants to ignore the prompts and bring back all the data for analysis, Yurbi supports that. Best of all, the prompts are available in a Prompt Panel, so users can quickly change their mind and refresh the report or chart output.

Take it With You

We like to think Yurbi is the "Green" business intelligence solutions because we're 100% web-based. However, we know there are times when you need to print or export and take the results with you. Yurbi allows users to export data to many common formats such as PDF, Microsoft® Excel, Microsoft® Word, and more and Yurbi Charts can be downloaded as a PNG file for use in presentations and documents.

Share and Collaborate

Yurbi makes it easy to share information with team members who need to know. Users can select quick links to automatically email report data or a direct link that can be bookmarked to themselves or others. And if the report has been saved as "embeddable" the library user can copy and paste the embed code into any web page they desire to display real-time Yurbi reports in that web page. Security is still enforced, so even in shared links and embedded reports, users only see what they have permission to see.
